The application fee is $75 per applicant, and the administration fee is $200.

Yes, applicants will be required to upload proof of income documents during the application process to be screened via Nova.

Our lease terms range from 6-14 months.

The deposit can range from $400- 1st months rent, depending on screening results.

Renters insurance is required. All residents will need a minimum personal liability of $100,000.

The rent is due between the 1st-5th. A late fee will be applied as of the 6th of the month.

Residents can submit payment via the online resident portal.

Utilities are not included in the rent. All residents will be responsible for electricity, water, and sewer charges.

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Apartment access is available via the Stratis app. Upon moving in you will be granted mobile access to utilize the service.

There is an early lease termination fee charged, equivalent to two months’ rent.


The technology package will include cable and internet for Phase I and internet for Phase II.

Yes, you may select a specific apartment when applying online. We can not hold apartments unless you apply for a set move in date.

Yes. All apartments have stackable washer/dryers included.

Parking is first come first served. We offer reserved parking spaces for an additional $35 a month. We also have detached garages for an additional $150 a month.

Yes, we are pet-friendly and allow pets at Proximity Northlake. Please call our office for our detailed pet policy and for restrictions.

No. We do not offer furnished apartments. Contact the office to learn more about furniture rental options through Cort Furniture.
